Return shipment
is unfortunately not possible for customized textiles.
The general return regulations apply to blank goods. The return shipment is at the expense of the returning party.
Sizes
If there is no separate note next to the respective article,
you can assume that the textiles are "normal".
Shipment tracking?
You will receive proof of shipment as soon as we have handed over your parcel to UPS or DHL.
How do you contact the courier?
DHL, DPD and UPS can be contacted online or via the usual service numbers.
Which courier do I choose?
Collection, DPD, UPS Standard, UPS Express Saver or DHL.
For deliveries to private households, we recommend DPD.
And for members, we often offer individual delivery on site - but we have no control over this.
